The story revolves around emperor Zhé Zhāng who’s secretly struggling with mental health issues, he’s been doing a horrible job at reigning the dynasty since his father was brutally murdered.. Hao Zhōu, in the other hand, his loyal “best friend” and royal advisor is taking the toll feeling the pressure of both his own father and the concubines to fix this, since he’s the royal advisor.
