Out of the 40% of the meta-humans in the world, there are some categorized group of heroes called ELITES, and amongst these Elites was Lawrence, the hero called "Prime", who was the world's number one hero and the symbol of peace. The villain called Faceless, who killed his master is back to end the new formed Elites, He is building his own league of Villains, so he could cause an uproar in the political system of men and rule over!
