East Harlem is about a controversial murder that happened in East Harlem, New York City in 1985. The perpetrators of the crime belonged to the out-of-state gang/domestic terrorist organization called "Tides Of Revolution". A detective who goes by the name "Detective Johnson", will go all over the country, and possibly the world, to find those who did the heinous act but in return, it will cost lives along the way.
