SOUJUN is a young man who lives by one rule: never take risks. While secretly dreaming of life in the great metropolis of Tokyo, he struggles to survive in a mad city with a 120% crime rate, living quietly with his little sister, UTAKI. One day, provoked by Utaki, he accepts a job in the black delivery trade. That choice transforms him into a mysterious monster known as a Fuser, pulling him unwillingly into Tokyo’s dangerous underworld.
