HE'S DUMB, DON'T YOU GET THAT?!?! Or maybe he's smart? Philip Ferners is just a normal (and dumb) man who got in an ACCIDENT! A lightning strike caused him to be who he is today: DUMB GUY! He's here to save the day... THE DUMB WAY! But when a crazy villain named: "Dr. Dumb-ass" hears about a superhero who is dumb, he decides to take over dumb city! But that won't happen to Dumb Guy, will he save the day with his smartness, or will he be TOO dumb to DO it?! Find out on the same DUMB time!
