The Dingonek appears in Edgar Beecher Bronson‘s memoir “In closed territory”. Though I won’t say much about the book other than it seems like a super cool read, I will say that the hunter who discovered the Dingonek had also traveled to Uganda and met up with a collector who talks about a river monster that the natives believed in/worshipped. Could this be the dragon from Uganda: the Lukwata?
