In current times everyone has an ability one either belonging to earth, fire, water, or wind. Over time these abilities evolve but to each element is a dragon. They are the descendants of the Dragons of Ebun, an old kingdom where the dragons once roamed. Bokuro, a boy who can control ice is on a mission to gather together all the dragons while keeping the source of his power secret. On his travels howerver he meets the first person ever in hundreds of years to not have any ability whatsoever.
