Lyrique Fey grew up listening to an old Elf tell stories of the Keepers; immortal protectors of the Leyspring, who guard the cosmos from Scrios. Her favourite tales were of Aesther, the Keeper of Light, who sacrificed her own soul to cause the Cataclysm, and in doing so, saved all that is, and ever will be.
