Years ago, a mysterious worldwide phenomenon granted certain individuals dragon-like qualities and abilities. Though most were wiped out due to infighting and human conflict, some of the remaining dragons banded together to form the Committee, dedicated in wiping out threats and retrieving powerful artifacts left by the Ancients, the first of their kind. Cole, however, steals artifacts for himself, until he's confronted with 2 problems; humans harnessing dragon power, and a living Ancient.
