For a thousand years, dragons ruled the world. In ten short decades, they vanished. After his home was burned down by dragonslayers and witches, Matthias wandered south for years seeking dragons out. On his journey, he meets Ari, a mysterious and beautiful young woman. The two become very good friends, but if there's any chance of them being together, he'll have to fight the Dark Lord Patricius- her father. He will also learn that dragons didn't vanish- they just got better at hiding.
