This story follows Riyuka Lucia a 12 year old boy who is going through puberty and discovering his powers he accidentally kills a bully with his powers and hates them but he finds out he can use them for good but the evil zenkai a corrupt leader wants Riyuka's power as he believes he might be able to gain immortality through them.
