Join a teenager caught in between the world of Dragon Ball where she have to fight against the invading Red Ribbon Army who seeks to make a new battle weapon to destroy Son Goku and his pesky friends. Her name is Nora, she is wanted by the Red Ribbon as she have hidden potential for a young girl, however she wants nothing of this. She meets a man, who apparently is a Divine Being, he seeks to destroy all humans. However he realized something was wrong and desire to help the girl.
