The world leading organisation called F.R.C. has some things they want to keep hidden or "get rid of" without losing their face in the public. That's where subjects 1 (Robert Snytchell) and 2 (Victor Brown) of the project "The duality program" come in. Two complete madmen with havoc always left behind them. A perfect cannon fodder that will not be missed in case of the mission going wrong. But that's the thing. It ALWAYS does.
