Russell and Hellen are siblings in a world where recently people have started to develop super powers. While Russell takes pride in his powers Hellen tries all that she can to hide her powers to fit in. They both go to a newly made school that has both super powered and non-super powered students. Russell is trying to become a superhero to protect people and his city, while Hellen wants to become a world famous artist.
