There's an illness called Deto Deto. Deto Deto is an illness were someone thinks of themselves as all powerful, indestructible, super villain being, you get the idea. This has been around for 16 years, and the protagonist, Monzaemon Akiba, is desensitised to it. But, Monzaemon has a cute roomate (the dude in the thumbnail), Haruaki Inogaki. Always saying, "it's because I'm a Martian." But is what he saying true, or is he just teasing? WE WILL NEVER KNOW. Oh yeah, there's also Tomoyo Onodera.
