1987, WW2 still rages on, being known as The Endless War. Soldiers are appearing everywhere despite their shallow graves. These strange appearances of the once dead are known as Ghost-Walkers. It isn’t pinpointed as to who or why they end up in this state, as it is seemingly random, however, scientist gain a lot of knowledge from this, such as immortality, technology, and the ability to entangle themselves on a quantum level to certain objects or states of matter to create what seems like magic.
