Delruby is a large super continent in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world. In this world, bounty hunting is the dominate profession, due to the large amount of crime. Pam, a powerful. but childish psychic, has been dropped into the crime filled continent, and meets a long time bounty hunter, Hiroe Nakada. who agrees to hire Pam as a partner. Together they go on an adventure to find Hiroe's imprisoned father, and save the world from being destroyed by a powerful cult of gifted magic users
