22-Year-old Kelvin Hugh is a seemingly ordinary citizen who finds himself living in a dystopian world where the concept of freedom doesn't exist. As he tries to navigate his way through this hellish society, he one day finds himself being dragged into a secret underground organization called The Doves. A mysterious group of vigilantes hoping to restore humanities freedom with the power of a super weapon called The Thermogear.
