Latos searches the world to find pieces for his hobby: collecting village songs. To get money for this, he works as a Professional Mangingilad, a man whose job is to stage fights to make someone look good to people or create fake scenarios to mislead people. One day he was hired by a rising warrior, Chief Tarong, to win the hearts of the people of Agianan Village. The money offered was enough for Latos to take the job and show his Mangingilad skills. All for the money needed to buy more songs.
