Five years into a post-apocalyptic world, a boy who is infected, has been blending into the army. He looks human on the outside, but when he changes, he is able to control the sick with his words. Isaac doesn't know how he became like this and he doesn't know how to control his abilities. Will Isaac be able to discover the truth behind this sickness or will Isaac lose control completely? How has he managed not to turn entirely for over five years?
