5 years ago, A Meteor struck New Rose City, turning One-third of its citizens into Darwins, a species of mutants who are given abilities known as Evolutions. Reo Ishho, aka The Fireman, has become the sole Hero of New Rose City to protect Humans from Darwins and occasionally vise versa. But after these 5 years, Reo wishes to step down from his title and hopes to find a new way to help both Humans and Darwins alike. That is if the looming threat will let him.
