In a dystopian country, Feli Isla, society is separated into higher and lower classes. One artist living in Manindig, the lower society, experiences the struggle in choosing to pursue their passion in a dog-eat-dog world. When a nationwide contest is held to represent Feli Isla as a whole, Cypher must decide whether they'll give a voice to the ignored or bow to the demands of the higher class.
