Chris Crossington is a dedicated crossing guard who takes his job very seriously. One day, while on duty, he stumbles upon a mysterious group of crossing guards who are part of a secret society that protects the world from the evil traffic light cult. The cult, led by a rogue traffic light named "The Red Eye," seeks to control all traffic and pedestrian movement.
