Vulture is the head of ''Cosmos''. A mercenary organization that settles problems withing The City, in which mayhem is illegal to everyone but them. The story will tell the readers how Vulture starts understanding the importance of living, and how money doesn't buy everything you might ever want; as Vulture is diagnosed with a deadly disease, with no way to survive. Iconic characters such as Brewsman, Professor Isaiah and Hawk will give the reader different views on Vulture's actions.
