When a living shooting star crashed in the US during a period of Great Depression, he was rescued by a pair of scientists looking to discover more about the Cosmos. Now, the star must protect his new-found family from the criminal families wanting to take over the city, as well as learning about his new home. This is the story of Cosmo, the Cosmic Shine.
