A normal house cat encounters a meteor that turns out to give the cat super powers when he touches it. He grows in strength and he turns into a self-centered egotistical semi-super hero, while the mysterious object is in his possession. Without it, he returns to being a normal cat. He assembles a team to "fight bad guys." Chaos usually ensues.
