Secret Agencies assign their agents/spies to recruit (most of the time a fight ensues) superpowered people called "Humilities", short for "humans with superpowered abilities", to be part of their agency. Each agency has their own goals and plans for the Humilities and the World; some with righteous goals and some with wicked goals. But all agencies are in a race to find the Humility called "The Comet", said to be the most powerful Humility, who can destroy the whole world easily in an instant.
