Going on by one through a list of ex-convicts Randal hunts down the man who murdered his son. Near to crossing off the final name, Randal is no closer to finding the killer. Until one night while being in police custody for his vigilantism, he is introduced to a young woman who claims her life is in danger. That she is being stalked. Could this be the murderer he's been tracking? After a break out, he agrees to protect her. So he can catch this stalker. To finally end this man hunt.
