A true life story of class room drama. Names of noise makers list is a list made by the class prefect or most intelligent members of a class. Later along the line number of times a person made noise was introduced and victims would be flogged according to the number of times they were noisy. Teachers later introduced flogging based on failed tests results. Enjoy this lovely episode.
