In the world there is a city called Estopia where people are called the unique ones each one of these people have a power, the city is controlled and monitored by an organization that test and rank the unique ones from the weakest to the strongest. One of the unique one’s is called Matsuda, who lives in poverty since he was young with his parents Matsuda and his mom doesn’t have a good relationship with his father but one day everything’s changed in matsuda’ s life…..
