Cqeuzgo Mega was born a non-Esper, but he gets some type of power after being struck by lightning, however, the power he has doesn't seem to be useful at the moment. one day he faces off against an Esper and wins out of luck. after this, he develops a huge ago and believes that he is unstoppable. he trains to prepare himself for the next Esper he will challenge, and he wins, he keeps winning. soon he was known as The Esper Smasher. unfortunately, his winning streak came to an end.
