Welcome to Specter City! This city was created specifically for demons and spirits as a safe haven from angels. In this world angels are at the top of society while spirits and demons often struggle to get by. Recently many people in Specter City have been killed or disappeared. Now two demons named Vivi and Kay are trying to save the city from ruin.
