Chow Town is a civilization full of food people! Some live in trees, some live in the mountains to enjoy the cold, and others, like Rooty, live in the ground! Rooty, a little carrot boy, and his friends must learn to thrive in this civilization and get along with everyone around them. Even the Junkies; or healthy foods turned bad.
