One day, a portal appears and takes Koi, Doctor K, and Kio to Koilaus's universe, in the middle of the apocalypse, in which the virus is spread through scratches and open wounds. The infected are crawling with flowers and vines but are surprisingly silent. Can they get home safely? And will Koilaus find his family before it's too late?
