In a society where monster attacks are on the rise, a small figure emerges who finds himself outside the strict confines of a serious society. Even when surrounded by eccentric or quirky heroes, he remains an outcast. To persuade others to take him seriously, he dresses up as the superhero Chibi-man and fights crime. Will people ever respect Chibi-man, or will he remain a running gag?
