In a world where powers come at a price, Japan's super society is loomed with corrupted forms of humans. As a solution, A governing body appears to be a safeguarding society - but in reality would exploit beyond imagination. Akito is a striving student with a not-so striving life who, on top of his university studies, trains under an ever so stricter boss. Struggling, Akito must figure out this double life on his own.
