Jean, the son of world-famous merfolk hunters Briar and Isaac Auclair, has only one mission in mind: protect those his parents wish to profit from. His gentle love for nature conflicts with his job in hunting with his family, conditions only worsening once he finally finds out who, or rather WHAT, his soulmate is. At least he doesn't have to face this challenge alone. Jean has his two childhood friends, Jack and Sarah, to help him along the way.
