In the year 1866, over 9,000 attacks were recorded across the world specifically targeting higher-powered humans for an unknown agenda. These humans were given the title "Casters" and they became the aspiring heroes of the world. Approximately 9 years later, an ordinary hero would set out on the adventure which would come to shake the world.
