Test Subject, #3-00-21, is tested on for human to feline allergens in a facility with other animals like him. However the drug backfired and caused major brain malfunctions. After 5 long years of constant pain and mood swings; #3 breaks out and escapes during an accidental mishap. Once free, #3 meets a young she-cat with a heart of gold and attempts to live normally. However the facility continues to haunt him.
