The Bulan Water District endeavors to strengthen the Gender and Development thru series of Programs and Projects. This comics intends to inform and educate everyone about Gender Sensitivity, Gender Equality and Women Empowerment. This is a Project created by the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) in the leadership of Engr. Rey Dennis L. Gilbas as the GFPS Chairperson.
