Another day dawns in the trenches. As he cleans and inspects his rifle, Christophe hears the roar of a plane flying overhead. It's a German plane. Aiming his weapon to the sky, he lines the enemy machine in his sight, firing at it. Moments later, he sees a trail of smoke coming from the rear of the German boche. Did he really land a shot from the ground? Out of the cloud cover, Christophe then sees an allied plane in pursuit, further peppering the German.
