Inspired by the Bikolano tale of night and day, Bulan set in 19th Century when the god of Moon was defeated by the god of Sun, Adlao. Revived by their sister Bituon, Bulan lives as a gifted mortal who is destined to find his way back to divinity before the world falls in eternal sunlight.
