After being assigned a mission to visit Earth to judge its kind and their morality, an alien named Bugkitty Soup just ones randomly appears in a park one day. But they end up getting distracted, forgetting all about their mission and focusing on a new goal; how do people on Earth, y'know... live? What do they do? What's the hype over here? Also, they're not very good at disguising their identity.
