“Obedientia civium urbis felicitas.” Invictus Magorian arrives at Brutammé’s halfway into the school year, and it doesn’t take long for him to notice something’s off about the school. World War II is raging, a perfect cover for a certain scheme of human experiments on students, to enhance the potential of their tiny little brains and bodies, all while war distracts people so no one suspects a thing. Naturally Invictus is horrified and tries to stop it, with a small problem: he doesn’t know how.
