Politics as gangs. In a far off future, the last city struggles to maintain order within its walls. The political parties have taken to vigilantism, causing rampant violence. With no end in sight, an indoctrinated youth begins to take an honest look at the conflict surrounding her, and begins to seek an end to it all.
