The story revolves around kyō sato, a very strong woman in the city and even more than men. It has led a notorious secret organisation named CELL to see her as a threat. This has led CELL to create powerful and potent drugs to empower humans in order to rival kyō's strength. However, she doesn't give a flying fuck about this matter as her only concern is to find a man.
