Welcome to the world of the Bound, full of people who have "tethers" or things they are bound to. You can have weights, balloons, or both. They determine your mood, outward appearance, internal emotions, etc. This story focuses on a few major people coming together, and becoming a family, changing their tethers and who they are inside.
