Bob Smith lives a strange life. He's supposed to manage his family's ice cream parlor, but instead spends all his time goofing off. But when he has to move in order to preserve his family's business, he learns (over a very, very long period of time) to take things more seriously... Is what I would say if this comic would actually have any structure.
