Bethany Ortiz goes under the name Blue, she's a webtoon artist and is currently working on a comic titled Claire, with her high school junior, Andrew Scott, as a helping hand. The world in Claire where teenage girls are traumatized and tortured by an unknown serial killer needs someone to protect the girls. But things don't seem to go as planned with paranormal incidents accompanying the two on their journey to helping Claire in finding out the serial killer behind it.
