In the year 204 C.E. (Century Era) Both powerful nations from Ropia are at a secret war to occupy the country island called Kumchanna, believing to have strange resources, whoever obtain resources may rule the world. Raymond Spencer, the navy captain from the United Blazstar Nation is on a special mission to Kumchanna with his crew on a destroyer class ship called Blue Cat to obtain the resources before the enemy get their hands on them.
